One more bug fix, that takes care of setting up data logging correctly after having caught a time out. This is especially interesting for Vantage users with USB trouble.

Installed on my second Ebox 4300 - but I'm having problems getting any sensor reading from my Davis Envoy - no readings via serial or usb....but may not be a Meteohub issue as I also upgraded my firmware on the Envoy - so that could have screwed things up too.... Trying to debug on both sides right now.....
