Solved - Me again - accessing the data folder...
Me again.... I know when my meteohub is local - I can just browse to the public or data folder to save weather data, transfer backup file and update files.... What is the easiest way to do this remotely....is the only way SSH or is there an easier way as I'm not very linux/ssh capable... Is there a different port to open? Can I open get to it via ftp....? Thoughts or any help! Thanks!

Re:Me again - accessing the data folder...
Hi,
depends a bit on what kind of setup you've got:
If meteohub is your only server on your local network you can forward port 22 on the router to meteohub.
If you've got other machines with a requirement for remote access to port 22, you can forward another port on your router to port 22 on meteo hub.
For instance:
forward port 50022 to port 22 (this can be done on most routers).
From a GUI point of view easy access can be established by winscp. This is free of charge. By default it uses port 22 and you will get a browser kind of gui that allow you to drag and drop files. If you use the alternate port solution, make sure that you tell winscp to connect to port 50022.
More help, just tell a bit more about your setup.
(Oh yeah, there is no ftp daemon running on meteohub, so no ftp access possible).

YJB - Thank you! Winscp was exactly what I was looking for!!! I already have my ports forwarded and was able to get in via Winscp to manipulate files! Thanks! :)
