Should "Stop" Data Logging put an entry in meteohub log?

I've been having difficulty stopping and restarting data logging.

When I try to restart I see a series of

logger (11.05.2009 10:41:14): data logger started.
logger (11.05.2009 10:41:14): error while doing bind (port 5500): Address already in use
logger (11.05.2009 10:41:44): data logger started.
logger (11.05.2009 10:41:44): error while doing bind (port 5500): Address already in use

entries in meteohub log, and I need to reboot to get logging started cleanly.

I first noticed this after adding a second plug-in weather station, but that may just be coincidence as it could be a few weeks (and updates) since I last used Stop/Start on Data Logging.

One thing I have noticed is that clicking "Stop" for Data Logging does not result in a "data logging stopped." entry in meteohub log (though the System page does show "stopped".
Could that be at all relevant?
