Time resolution and x-axis

How could I achieve that as time resolution for an graph 1 day is selected, but the time axis labelled in monthly steps?

Possible?



With monthly resolution the rain graph looking okay, but pressure not really:(



Would it be possible to have different time resolution selectable for left and right y-axis?
