Installation on NSLU2

Hi all

Trying to install on a NSLU2 as described in http://www.meteohub.de/joomla/index.php ... &Itemid=29

However the slug allways boots "normally" and doesnt install the new image :(

Yes I have a USB formatted with FAT32 and downloaded the .bin file indicated in the document. However the document descibe the file as an .rar file which I assume i wrong.

Any ideas how to troubleshoot?

I've tried booth NSLU2_V23R63.bin and NSLU2_V23R29.bin versions of the NSLU

Did you upgrade to the OpenSlug OS first? The directions in that link are a just a small sub-set of the the entire set of directions which can be found in the latest manual: http://www.meteohub.de/joomla/index.php ... &Itemid=29
