I have just moved to another country with my meteohub. What would be the best way to get rid of old measurement data while keeping all other definitions and setup in place? Wouldn't like to start from the scratch.

Your graph definitions can be used further more.
If you are presenting your collected data to the internet I would only say to the audience, that I have moved and the old weather data from ??.??.?? to ??.??.?? were for the last location and the new data starting from ??.??.2009 are for the new home.
And I would adjust the correct location settings in meteohub to get the correct times for moonrise and set and all the other local data computed with these information.
