It would be a nice new feature to be able to use a thermometer in a jar and have Meteohub calculate the solar energy based on that. ... just like WD seems to do ...

I really miss the "solar in a jar" function, but don't know if Boris could programm something like that. You need to know the exact location of the weather station and the time of sun and moon rises/sets, the maximum w/m2 for time of day, and then still there's a lot of tweaking needed by the users to get it right.
