Graphs not generated 0 KB

Recently the meteohub application only generates graph files with 0 kB, empty. Anyone seen this before ? (4.5i) Also opening graphs from the meteohub interface gives blank screens.

Hi Peejay, I noticed recently that no graphs at all were generated, but that was just around noon (0:00 AM). But only a few minutes later the graphs were allright again.

Did you set the creation time accordingly to the graph?
A graph with every hour content does not have to be created every minute. Maybe check that.

Yes, I do have the graph generation frequency adjusted to the graph content. Most graphs are only generated every half - 2 hours. What I do see a bit strange is the time stamp of the graph which seems 5 min or more off from the time I expect. Is this maybe a clue ?

Try to look at the graphs with the view function of the graph definition. When I have empty graphs there is no data for the specific sensor or the format string is wrong, you get empty files but with the view function you get the error string in the screen

Thanks for your remark. I tried this but also using the view function I get also an empty window (while in other case if you set something wrong I get an error string).

Hi Marcus,

No, i could not solve the problem. So eventually I made a back-up of all data, reinstalled the application from scratch and copied the data back. After recalculation everything worked again.

I tried reinstalling, still the problem no graphs. I had the problem from the beginning and never saw any graphs. I have no clue where to look now.
