Problems with ipkg [wakelan]

Since i have SSH access to my nslu2 with meteohub from outside i would like to use the nslu2 to wake other pc's on my home network.

I thought that i could just do an 'ipkg install wakelan' but it fails.

ipkg updates also fails.

I could however use the wget to link to download the file. But 'ipkg install file' also fails.

I'm using meteohub 4.5

I know this is more of a slugos Q than a meteohub one. But is is with regard to the slugos on the nslu2

Any ideas ?
