When are values updated?

I'm finally getting round to sorting out my website, but I'm trying to work out when Meteohub values get updated.

I've tried to make sense of the crontab, but without knowing what each job actually does I'm confused.
I'm talking about the sensor data in section 4.4 of the manual.

Has anyone worked this out or is it documented somewhere and I missed it.

What I'd like is something along the line of:
'The last60m values are updated every xxx minutes'
but for each value that is available.

I guess it relates to the histeval jobs in the crontab, so if I knew what they each modified maybe I could change the update times to suit my needs?
