Help to install language pack in ebox-meteohub

Hello,
my name is Giuseppe, and this is the first time in this forum, then please to meet with you.

Because I'm new in debian usage, I would like that someone explain me a step by step procedure to install the language pack (already downloaded from meteohub.de) from a pendrive to the SD card of my ebox pc.

Problem solved!. Was enaught access to Meteohub by home network resources.
