Feature requests: SFTP and remote/automated sensor discovery

Hi,

now working since nearly one year with meteohub and IROX PRO-X there are some small things I miss.

- sftp/scp for uploads as option for ftp uploads, like tls for smtp that is already implemented.
sftp/scp is there and working already, should only be integrated to meteohub-gui

- Possibility to initiate a Sensor discovery for the weather stations via meteohub GUI. And maybe automated, if Sensor is unavailable since x minutes.

If the station is far away, it helps. Sometimes I have months without a failure, then again several outages in a week. I think I remember that the windows software from IROX had this feature, there sould be a command via USB...
