Need help for cloning system on a backup USB key

Hello

I would like to clone my current USB key that host the system to spare one.

In the maintenance setting, i see Clone System.

My question is :

Do i have to first power off my NSLU2, then connect my spare key on DISK1 port
then, put it back on and launch Clone System ?

Or

Spare USB key can be added while NSLU2 is already powered and running ?


I've done a clone key ( same capacity as the one in use ) , but it is not working with my NSLU2.
When using the cloned key , the system looks not booting properly and meteohub is not reachable when i type its IP address from IE or Firefox.
