Can't get USB image to boot in eBox3300

Help!

I'm trying to reinstall Meteohub on my eBox3300 on a new Compact Flash card. The eBox will not boot on the USB image drive that I make.

I downloaded the latest v4.6i image (twice).
I downloaded the "Diskimage" v1.6 software to make the USB image.
I tried two different USB flash drives
I checked the BIOS screen shots on your website and they match.
I checked the master/slave switch. It's in master.
I tried all 3 USB ports on the eBox3300.
I tried an older v4.2 image file and make a USB drive from it and it failed.

When the unit boots up it picks the correct USB drive to boot from, but the drive flashes for a few seconds, then the screen goes blank and the system stops. It fails to boot or do anything after that point.

What else can I check?

I did not read the instructions properly. I was not creating the image using the "physical disk" in the image creation software.
