I'm getting the message "cannot open log file /data/log/meteohub.log: File too large" in the system log.
I can't back up my data files - of course.
/data/log
total 2099764
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 26224 Dec 6 11:28 smb.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 222915 Dec 6 11:27 thttpd.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2147483982 Dec 6 11:20 meteohub.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 15206 Dec 6 11:08 ntp.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 229818 Nov 28 22:18 alarm.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 51305 Nov 27 21:16 smb.log.old
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 17 Nov 17 14:26 messages -> /var/log/messages
So, the meteohub.log file is 2GBytes, which I assume is the problem. Is there any hope for saving the data?

Re: cannot open log file /data/log/meteohub.log: File too la
I would try the following:
Access the file from the share:
\\<ip of meteohub>\public\log
And try to copy it (in case you want to review the contents). You can also try to delete it.
If that fails:
login to metohub using the shell (ssh)
check if you can capture the last, let's say 30 lines (I assume that Boris wants to know what went wrong):
tail -30 /data/log/meteohub.log
and copy paste the contents to a text file on your local PC.
now empty the file:
> /data/log/meteohub.log
