Update 4.6v

Update to Meteohub V4.6v (NSLU2, x86, SheevaPlug) brings these features:

• fixes a bug when setting serial connection attributes on SheevaPlugs (bug can result in no data reading from serial connected weather stations like WMR-928).
• adds dutch wind direction abreviations (like actual_wind0_dir_nl) to various outputs.
• adds wind speed measures in "Bft" to variables

Nothing really exciting but I am in the process to sum up the latest fixes to make a fresh (and mostly bug-free) version 4.7 including installation images during the next days.

Thats was the problem. Re-computation has not finished .
