I've got the WeatherHub2 hooked up and transmitting to weatherunderground.com and all seems to work great. I've setup an FTP site on my computer and all sensor data is being transmitted to my computer in XML format.
I've looked around in the public folder and noticed a folder called weather and then a folder with the corresponding year/month. In that folder is a file called "raw" which looks like raw data from the unit for the entire month. Is this safe to assume?
My question is... This weather station that I have setup is located at a site that is connected to our network via a point to point network. For the most part this connection is up 99% of the time. If it happens to go down, how can I retrieve the the sensor readings for the duration the network connection was down?
Basically, I want to update our own database with the sensor readings. So if the connect is down for a little while and comes back up, I want to some how retrieve that missing data by either accessing the weather hub. Make sense?
