Update to Meteohub V4.7l (NSLU2, x86, SheevaPlug, DreamPlug) brings these features:
  • Fixes barometer bug when delivering pressure data to weather network MetOffice. Does now uwe station pressure instead of sealevel pressure.
  • Improves Vantage handling in case of USB hangs.
  • Fixes windspeed bug when sending data to "wetterring.at".
  • Major improvements on handling of adcon A850 data logger.
  • Finalizes code improvements for reading Vantage USB data loggers that are suffering from USB connection drops.

I have reverted to 4.7k on my Asus EeePC because since trying 4.7l I have twice had problems with the system stopping logging in the early morning. The first time it was the WMR100N USB communications (this happens very occasionally) and I had to reset the console. Then today after the daily scheduled restart the whole system stopped working, I couldn't ssh in to it and had to reboot the PC and VM completely.

Regarding the changes made to the way pressure is handled by WOW, this has now changed at WOW and the user can decide if they wish to use At Station or MSL pressure. I can therefore still run v4.7k and use WOW now with MSL pressure settings at WOW.

Of course the problems I experienced may be coincidence, but I think reverting to the stable 4.7k is sensible for me so that I can see if everything works OK again.

Have a good holiday.

yep, versions l and m seem to have a bug.

my two plug-in weatherstations also stopped logging.
Returning to k and everything works fine.
