Hi,

I use [year1_rain0_days] but I don't see the same issue, mine reports 1 of 1!

But I do see an issue with [year1_rain0_total_mm:0] lagging well behind [day1_rain0_total_mm:0], even after 6 hours.

I guess it will catch up tomorrow!

My system is a vantage and alix, don't know if having different hardware creates this issue in your case!

Hopefully the issue will correct itself tomorrow!

All the best
Mark

Today (2012-01-03) i made the update from 4.8f to 4.8i. After the recalcuation of the data, i got 4 raindays for 2012 ! We had rain on the 1st and 2nd january and this gives 2 raindays !

Sorry I can't help here as MH on the Alix report 2 of 3 rain days for the year, which is correct here.

I guessing it must be down to the NSLU2 platform, hopefully someone with a NSLU2 will have a look to confirm if its a bug or just your system that is reporting the wrong amount of days for the year!

Good Luck

Mark

There must be definetely an issue with the calculation, right now (on Jan 3rd) my station reports 4 days:

Code: Select all

year1_rain4_days 4
This was also the case as of this morning, but I decided to initiate a full aggregate to make sure that everything was in a sane state.
The recomputation did run without any errors:

Code: Select all

wmr928fulleval(03.01.2012 08:25:02): recomputation of weather data started.
wmr928fulleval(03.01.2012 19:13:08): recomputation of weather data finished: 43300570 records processed in 38835 seconds (1114 records per second)
It has been raining on all 3 days, so I'm really looking at an unwanted offset of 1 day.

This is an Alix 1D MH running 4.8i (build 6101)

Correction of my posting yesterday. We had rain on all 3 days (1.-3.1.2012) and i should have now 3 raindays. Meteohub still shows 4 raindays today (4.1.2012).

I will need to have access to a system that shows this error. would be great if one of you can grant me access to his rig at the week end. I would need ports 22 and 7777. Please give login details to info(at)meteohub.de.

That is the funny thing with programming, there always is one more bug ;-)

However, finally I found the one which impacts rain days and temp day types. The bug only appears if you are on a timezone that differs from GMT. The fix will be part of the next update. Doing a recomputation with the new update should heal situations on your Meteohubs. Thanks for giving me access to your rigs.

As I would also like to test the WH-3080 code before releasing the update, it might take until next week.
