Graph temperature color

Would anyone know how to show positive temperatures in red and negative temperatures in blue please?
Or a change of color in any graph above or bellow a given value?
Someting to do with gnuplot "set palette define" may be?

I don't think that gnuplot (the graphing engine of Meteohub) does support this.
