Weatherlink IP Looping Delay Setting

I have read and searched the forum for this and I only found a vague reference that "Meteohub will pause periodically to let Weatherlink IP (WLIP) update the Davis Weatherlink.com site."

Is there any setting in Meteohub app or a linux file to adjust that looping pause used by Meteohub. Cumulus has this feature and it seemed to really help me when I used a PC based solution.

My use case is that I want Meteo hub to update WU rapid fire and still keep Weatherlink.com somewhat updated (say every 15 minutes) and allow the history data to be uploaded.

I really love Meteohub /iConnect combo and it has worked flawlessly for me - thank you.
