Problem:Very high wind speed rates displayed on Dashboard

Post by panos1981 »

Hi,

I have a really wierd problem about Dashboard data. The wind speed rates that displays are very high, but at the same time the wind speed graphs show the normal wind speed rates.

Has anybody any idea what may be the problem? The weather station I use is Lacrosse WS2355.

PS: The wind sensor which gives the wind speed data is very well fixed and does not have any stability problems.

Thank you in advance

Peter

are you sure you have the correct unit for windspeed you like to have selected from your MH GUI?
default is m/s and your graph may display km/h

Yes, I have selected the same unit (km/h) for both graphs and Dashboard. So the problem is something else...

Also I just mentioned that the pressure graph and the Pressure column in Dashboard display pressure rates different from the rates that shows the weather station base. The base shows 1017 hPa and the graph & Dashboard show 1011 hPa. This difference has to do with the settings about the sea pressure?

I fixed the problem about the pressure by just changing the altitude of the station.

But the problem about the very high wind speed rates still remains. What else can I try to fix it?
