Meteohub zeigt weder Regen noch Sonne

Aufbau:

ELV WS 550 mit Kombisensor KS 550 verbunden mit DC01 via USB HID. Auf der DC01 läuft meteohub vers. 4.9s.
Nach dem Setup von der Wetterstation - Auswahl WS 550 - sind allein die Sensoren tb0,tbh0 und wind0 vorhanden mit den richtigen Daten. Der Sensor rain0 und sol0 sind nicht verfügbar. Auf dem Display der WS 550 sind alle Daten vorhanden und auch die Software Weather Professional von ELV zeigt alle Daten der fünf Sensoren . Folglich sieht Meteohub die Daten nicht. Auch in der Datenansicht sind nur die Daten der Sensoren th0,thb0 und wind0 zu sehen.
Woran liegt das und gibt es eine Lösung ?

Bitte mit zwischengeschaltetem USB 2.0 Hub probieren.

USB-Hub dazwischengesuchaltet - HUB kann 1.1 und 2.0. Weiter haben wir auf dem PC die Demo Versio von WD imstalliert. Auch diese Software sieht allein die drei Sensoren für indoor, outdoor temparatur und den Wind. Allein die Originalsoftware von ELV zeigt auch Regen und Sonne an.

In the meantime even the wind sensor data are not available anymore after the last upate to 4.9V ( build 1427 ). Rain, Sun etc. are still not there.
We tried all posibilities of USB Hubs available on the market. Even a simple USB 2.0 does not work properly. What else an we do ?

your problem description does not help much as it is lacking details...
1) Did you go to "weather station" page, checked settings and pressed "save"? I did asked for that for a reason and "are there" does not tell me what you did.
2) next, please provide screen dumps of pages "weather station" and "sensors" and "log files", there especially "meteohub log"
3) WS550 is know to be a problem child in transferring correct data via USB, but it is not known not to show sensors at all. Do the problems go away, when you install older 4.9t? How to install updates manually is explained in the manual.

3) the problem is on the meteohub we see only the 2 temp sensors thats all. with the older version we see only wind(0) and the 2 temp sensors
we did never see more than 3 sensors, rain and sun are never there.
on the software (Weather Professional) from the ws550 on a PC is all ok !

Hello,

problem is solved. DC01 is causing the error.
In the meantime we bought an Awekas Box which is working fine. All sensors are now available and visible.
