Update: 6 more weather networks plus multi-language

The new release, showing up on Sunday will have some important additions. To get the benefit
of these you just have to reboot (or power-cycle) your Meteobridge device. No flashing or
manual upload of code needed.

The udate comes with two major improvements.

1) First and most important, the following weather networks are added:

• AWEKAS
• WeatherBug Backyard
• WeatherForYou (also known as PWSweather)
• UK MetOffice WOW
• Windfinder
• Citizen Weather Observer Program (CWOP)
• Open Weather Map

2) Regarding the user interface, most important change is that it can now be switched to German language. Additional
languages can be easily supported by means of "language files".
