sometime I get the next message :

2013-04-19 17:22:08 Error: Could not delete old public_html/weather2/uploadMB/, so could not rename public_html/weather2/uploadMB/mb_ to that: remote delete failed
what can I do to this?

There must be something wrong with delete/write rights on your FTP server.
Meteobridge uploads data first to a temporary filename and (when file is completely uploaded)
renames it to the destination file name. This fails on your FTP server.
Please try renaming/deleting files on your FTP server with a standard FTP client
for your PC and you should be able to further analyze the problem of your FTP account.

If i plug in an ethernet cable i can then access the meteobridge at the same IP as reported for wifi. Is this normal?

Yes, it does not have separate MACs for LAN and Wifi. Therefore, it is assigned just one IP for both access methods.
