Hello,
So far I'm pretty happy with my new meteobridge setup. It worked over a week pretty much perfectly.
This morning at some point it stopped. We did not have a powerfailure, my router did not change IP or anything else i can tell but the outgoing data stopped.
When i got home, one of the mr3020 lights was flashing, but everything said on.
When i checked the web page, it said something about a proxy. I don't have a proxy
so i powered it down, and after it came back up it seems to be working fine...
here are some messages:
logger (30.05.2013 23:54:04): connect station 0 (WH-1080/3080 via USB HID).
logger (04.06.2013 17:26:20): no signal from station 0 (WH-1080/3080) for 900 seconds, station to be restarted.
logger (04.06.2013 17:26:20): disconnect station 0 (WH-1080/3080).
logger (04.06.2013 17:26:50): connect station 0 (WH-1080/3080 via USB HID).
Any ideas why this happened?
I know that the mini router does not store data, but the weather console does, but it appears that the meteobridge does not catch up, well i guess i understand why, it doesn't know it missed it...
so i guess that data is 'lost' to wu and cwop?
thanks!

Re: New user question
Please use the recommended USB 2.0 inbetween weather station and the meteobridge.
This is needed to provide stable access.
Data logger inside your weather station is not used by meteobridge, so when it fails
reading data from the sation, you will have a data gap. When Internet connectivity
is going down, meteobridge will keep data sets in RAM for a specified amount of
time/retries and a gap might be closed later on.

Re: New user question
Ok, thanks
I'm using this "Sabrent 4-Port USB 2.0 Hub"
do you think that is a problem?
I don't remember seeing a 'recommended' hub
Thank you for the assistance
