Meteobridge rain tags for the Saratoga Template

Post by hymrog »

Hello -

I am using meteobridge to upload my weather data to my saratoga weather page and have recently noticed issues with the yearly rain totals. After a rainfall the yearly field is populated with data on the Trends page but the following day the yearly total "disappears" I ran a couple of dumps of my MB tags and noticed that time stamps are not correct as shown in the dump from 1.31.14

$WX['rain0total-ymax'] = '1.81'; // rain max of this year
$WX['rain0total-ymaxtime'] = '20130727194201'; // rain timestamp max of this year

I have January selected as the starting point for my rain measurements on my meteobridge settings page and I have been running meteobridge since July 2013. I also noticed that information on the meteobridge live data page is correct as well. I am not certain if this a problem with the meteobridge upload data or an error within the MBtags template for my site.

I have the entire dump file available if needed in txt format. Any help would be appreciated.

Here is link to my site: www.newalbanyweather.com

Thank you.

Ahh... my bad. I'd used the wrong variable for getting yearly rain.

Update available: http://saratoga-weather.org/wxtemplates/updates.php (MB-plugin, 08-Feb-2014)

Replaces MB-defs.php and MBtags-template.txt -- update your site, then have Meteobridge reload the templates in Push Services to implement. The Yearly rain should then match the year tab in the Live Data panel on your Meteobridge console.

Best regards,
Ken
