Help using Meteobridge with APRS IS

I have installed a Meteobridge to replace the computer running Weatherlink. I have got it reporting to Weather Underground and CWOP(findu.com) using my amateur radio credentials. The one thing I lost was the ability to report my data on APRS IS. I was wondering if anyone knows how to set this up. It seems like it(Weatherlink) used a Telnet client to upload the data to rotate.aprs.net using port 14580 and my assigned password. The format of the data looks very similar to what goes to CWOP.
