Troubleshooting help **solved**

I just got a new cable modem: Xfinity TG862. The Meteobridge, TL-MR3020 will not connect to the internet. The status light just keeps flashing quickly. I have it directly connected with an ethernet cable. It was connecting on the old AT&T modem. Tried reset multiple times, no luck. Any help diagnosing the problem appreciated.

did you try reset to factory defaults (5 blinks reset) as described in getting started section (at the bottom) of Meteorbidge wiki?
It will need a connection via ethernet cable with your router. a pure modem will not work, but I guess you mean a router.

I'll try that. I did it once before but I forgot how. Thanks for the help.
