Support for new hardware: TP-Link TL-MR3040

Meteobridge does no also offer support for the newer models (version 2.x) of the battery-powered TL-MR3040 router. As the unit is widely identical to the other already supported TP-Link models adding this was easy. The Signaling LED is not supported in all situations, but this shouldn't be an issue. As far as I could test all functions of Meteobridge are running well on this model and as it has a 2000mAh battery included, this makes the Meteobridge less affected by power outages.
