imperial time in clientraw.txt

Meteohub generates a clientraw.txt file, which is no simple task. So with some hesitation I would like to ask the following.

If on the meteohub settings tab "iuse imperial units" is selected, change the time format to am/pm in the clientraw.txt

Now we have the situation that "imperial" users of Meteohub can not display "imperial" times on their Saratoga-based websites. The Meteohub-USA users have to display the "last update" times in 24 hour format. As the times are retrieved from the clientraw.txt Most others can use the native am/pm time. Also running WD-Live from their webserver displays the time in 24 hour format then.
