meteohub - watch to fast

Hello,
I bought my meteohub two years ago and I am very satisfied with the system. Now, I have the following problem. The watch of the metohub system runs to fast. After one week the internal meteohub-watch is app. 4 minutes further than the correct time. The link to the time servers in the internet is acitivated. That is why I don't understand that the watch can run faster. For me is this a problem because the time in the graphs is wrong. Has someone similar problems or better can someone give me a solution ?

The ALIX does have a RTC backup battery on board (if I remember right).
Please exchange this an the trouble should be gone. Usually, NTP takes
care of time being in sync, but may be your RTC is delivering too odd results,
that confuses NTP.

Hi, many thanks. I will do that. But question before, during changing the battery, is there a danger for losing data ? And is this battery simple to find in the little computer (alix) ? Thank you.
