I am using the https://wiki.meteoplug.com/wiki/index.php/Define_Chart#Status_Pad Status Pad. It shows the last time of refresh.
It appears on this homepage: http://kurrlewetter.de/aktuelle-wetterdaten/
But the current time is the world time in this Status Pad. It should be the local time ...

all weather-dashboards which I have found are working with Flash, e.g. meteohub dashboard, mw-live and wd-live.
On smartphones and tablets does that not work. Because to much people are using smartphones and tablets I can not use these dashboards. Does you know any other possibility?

The solution was: I have to use a subfolder. There is a bug in ncftpput.
Could you please change the webinterface and the manual: Please give a hint that it is necessarry to use a subfolder?

the FTP section is filled in correctly and the test in the webinterface works: A file was created.
But the automated transfer of files via FTP does not work. There is an error in the eventlog:
