Re: Added time resolution 5/10/15/20/30 minutes for exports and graphs
Hi, I’m wanting produce charts from data earlier than “last year “ on my Nano SD just updated to s/w v5.7. The post refers to a “user defined” option in charts for a time span but I cannot find this as shown. I have all the new times as shown in the earlier post in this topic, was this user defined ...

Re: Weather34 Aurora Version(english supported only)
Hi, Apologies if this is in the wrong place. I've installed the latest download of Weather34 Aurora MkII on to a Raspberry Pi 4 running new Rasperian OS (Bullseye) installation acting as a server using Apache2 and PHP7.4. I tried PHP8.0 which just showed the index.php code in Safari V14.12 and PHP8 ...

Re: Local Dashboard updates stop on Nano SD
I use 1 minute updates for both Weather Underground and Local Dashboard over a direct link to my router and all is working well with no problems at all. Very occasionally see 2 items buffered but usually just one, which I assume is normal. I still would like to use a wifi repeater to allow me to ...

Re: Local Dashboard updates stop on Nano SD
Thanks for you input, thunderstorm. I have run another device on the wifi extender in the same location and it worked faultlessly. I think we have highlighted a problem with the Nano SD when connected to a wifi repeater/extender and request please that this problem be identified and fixed. I would ...

Re: Local Dashboard updates stop on Nano SD
Good point, thanks for your helpful reply. I have placed an old iPad in the same position on the wall as the Pro2 Console/Nano SD used to be be and with the wifi repeater on it worked with no problems, as indeed it does without the repeater despite only getting one bar on the signal strength ...

Re: Local Dashboard updates stop on Nano SD
After removing the wifi extender from the room and repositioning the Vantage Pro2 console to obtain a good signal from the router the system has worked faultlessly for several days. I guess the problem is with the wifi extender which, despite providing a very good signal (see above attachment), does ...

Re: Local Dashboard updates stop on Nano SD
Agreed ToTo, but as I show in the network screen shot the Nano card ‘sees’ two router signals, one from the router directly (7%) and one from the repeater (99%). I assume the best signal is used but maybe it connects to the weaker signal on occasions causing problems. I’ve set to the router to avoid ...

Re: Local Dashboard updates stop on Nano SD
I have applied manual ip addresses, fixed channel 7 on the router as suggested by members and still the updates stopped, as can be seen from the attachments. The wifi signal is good and the WLAN is working. This had not used to happen when I first used Nano SD in May 2019. It is not possible to ...

Re: Local Dashboard updates stop on Nano SD
Thanks ToTo, I’ll set up a fixed link, as you suggest. I already have the address reserved in the router. I appreciate your help.

Re: Local Dashboard updates stop on Nano SD
Following a reply to an apparently similar problem in the Meteobridge discussion I swapped the Davis 1 amp supply for an uprated 2 amp supply. Unfortunately the problem reoccurred within 2 days with both the Local Dashboard and Weather Underground enabled. Rebooting cleared the problem. Note that ...

Local Dashboard updates stop on Nano SD
Updates to the Local Dashboard stop randomly after a few hours or days following a reboot. The problem is indicated by the weather network status on the live data page which shows a green tick but the time of the last update does not change. The two external weather services in the Local Dashboard ...
