This is exactly what i did.
At first i had problems but using the suggested DiskImage tool (have a look in the manual for a link to their website, i attached the stand alone version) it worked fine.

1. Basically, you unzip the installation file so you have a "blablabl.dd" file

The diskimage tool seems to make the difference!
I hope my logs of the fauly situation can help you to debug it.

By the way, i'm using a 6GB harddisk and not a 10GB as
i said incorrectly in my original posting.

To try to debug this i did the following:

-Flash the NSLU2 with the latest "meteohub-firmware-2.3.bin"
-delete all partitions that Windows XP could find on the external USB harddisk ...

I had a working NSLU2 with a 2gb harddisk in a external USB harddisk case.
This worked fine, but the harddisk started to become noisy, so i replaced it with a bigger (10GB) harddisk.

I installed version 4.3 and had it autoupdate to 4.3C. All fine but....
