new lang file

Post by admin »

"meteo-dinan" provided a new French language file supporting version 4.7k (including Meteoware Live).
You find that in meteohub download section, subsection misc.

That might be a good starting point. once done that, please genarte a new one out of this to get all the new fields, that the swedish version did not cover so far.

Appendix I in the manual gives all the details you need (including where to place the file, when done).

I see, I never played with that language file, because German was already there by default.

/public/graphs
can be accessed without SSH, it is part of meteohubs webserver directory and is also a windows share

so, from your MAC, you can reach it with

smb://your-meteohub-IP-Address/public
meteohub : meteohub (user : password)

graphs is one of the sub-directories

I have made a Norwegian language file now, and it works fine, but as you indicate it misses a few fields. I did not understand how to generate a new one, please explain?
