Sunset/Sunrise variables not working yet **solved*

Post by cbhiii »

I like the new variables that you added. However, I noticed that some of them aren't working right yet.

On Saturday May 24 today the sunrise was 06:10 and sunset will be at 21:09 as reported by WU and my Vantage Pro.

Below I've highlighted the entries that are in error with the data above.

actual_sunrise_standard_utc 10:06 (3 min off should be 6:10)
actual_sunrise_standard_local 06: -54
actual_sunset_standard_utc 25:04 (5 min off should be 01:09)
actual_sunset_standard_local 21:-56
Station: Davis Vantage Pro2 Plus
Hardware: Raspberry Pi 2 (Meteohub status)

Negative or too big numbers that result from conversion from UTC to local time will be covered by the next update.

Hi,

I patched from 2.3c to d and then to e version. But still not possible to show sunset / sunrise variable.

It shows [actual_sunrise_civiltwilight_local] instead of value.

Here's the link : http://www.jan-boesch.net/index.php?meteo

Any idea ?

Thank you !

your coordinates aren't in the configfile yet, as shown by these variables on the bottom of your site:

[actual_station_latitude_decimal]
[actual_station_longitude_decimal]

you have to press 'save' on the corresponding settings-page in meteohub to activate these variables.
