Need some advice.
About 3 months ago I cloned a generic USB stick to a 4GB Patriot XT. The generic stick had several months of data on it and was starting to wear out. Once cloned, I rebooted with the Patriot XT. No problem. Two days ago the power failed long enough to deplete the battery in the UPS that the iConnect (and other network stuff) is connected too. I now cannot reboot because (I think) of the cold boot problem associated with the Patriot XT. How do I recover from this without losing about all my data? If I start from scratch with the revised image discussed in this discussion I will lose all of the data on the stick (or am I not understanding something correctly).
Thanks for any advice.

Re: iConnect and Patroit XT 4GB USB Stick Cold Boot Problems
remove your stick from iconnect.
setup a new stick an do the installation procedure.
when done, shut down iconnect, plugin old stick.
cold boot problems should be solved.
reason behind this is that the new installation proceure does setup uboot
environment of iconnect in a way that loops on boot errors until boot
goes fine. these modifications are inside iconnect flash, not on the stick.
