Davis VP2 Envoy supported?

Post by cavantage »

Is the Vantage Pro2 Envoy (USB - 6316) officially supported by MeteoBridge?

Things appear to be working on my new WeatherBridge, but there are problems with the display at Weather Underground - things aren't quite right. In the WeatherBridge startup messages (below), the last two concern me. Do they indicate a problem? It seems otherwise that things are working, but for some display issues at WU - I have a help request in them for it.

Thank you for your help!

Yes, Envoy is just a Vantage console without a display. From a prototcol point of view the devices are identical.
Log file does look ok. What are your WU problems in detail?

It looks like everything's OK now - must have been at their end when I changed things. Thanks for confirming that the Envoy is valid! Sure is nice to have one less computer running!
