After a failure to feed the error:

Error 127.0.0.1:5555 connect socket: Connection refused
Warning: Data logging has-been halted.

and rfxcom not load data

you must manually restart the data logger ??

No, looks like the power failure has had some side effects.
Did you try reboot? Did you inspect log files to get a clue what the problem is?

Also occurs after a reboot, I attach log files.

Meteohub log reports a date/time set error. Unless date/time is set correctly, no data logging will be started.

And that after reboot capture data WMR100 and not RFXCOM ?
