[RPI-2] Login: Error: Can not read metehub settings file

I bought a new RPI-2 and I have now problem. The installation went well, RPI-2 is rebooted, and then ran again - probably some additional installation and setup Meteohub.
At the end when the login occurs after 5-10 seconds the error: Error: Can not read metehub settings file.

For sure I RPI-2 installed another OS: RASPBIAN or RISC OS and everything was installed well.

Unfortunately I do not know anymore advice. Advise anyone?

Today I bought in a store rather new Kingston 8GB - 10 class, installed meteohub and again the same error. Have you really do not know advice

What is not working with the system, apart from these console messages, that don't disturb operation?

At RPI-2 can not connect via putty or via the web (port 80). But responds to pings. I bought RPI + B, where 5.0f version also does not work and lists the same mistake. Therefore, I downloaded version 5.0 and older to RPI B + everything works.
I think that version 5.0f contains an error.
