I notice that WDL does not display the Forecast from my Davis VP. It worked OK when I had WD feeding WDL. Is the Forecast in WDL generated by WD, or does it come directly from the VP Console?
Thanks Peter

Re:WDL and Davis VP Forecast
It does work with my VP2 and meteohub and WDL6.01 (worked with 5.03 and 5.04 also)
You could try using the WDL clientraw parser, Boris mentioned:
http://www.tnetweather.com/wd-parser.php
and search for this line >>
015 Forecast Icon I 19 (Partly Cloudy)

Re:WDL and Davis VP Forecast
My Forecast icon appears to be working. However using the Parser, I notice that in clientrawextra.txt line 531 "Weather Display (or Davis) Forecast" is blank. Does this text come from Weather Display, or can it be read from the Davis VP?

Re:WDL and Davis VP Forecast
Upps, I was confusing Forecast Icon with forecast text. Sorry!
Then line 049 is the one to look at >> In my case
049 Weather Desc L Increasing clouds with little temperature change. Precipitation possible within 24 to
Do you use 2.6g?
There was a problem with earlier 2.6 version. Also when starting with WDL and meteohub my Forecast text did not show up after I changed the language tag to German. Dunno if it is still a problem.
