Solucion: con el telefono movil, creear "zona wifi portatil"
Ir a meteobridge---network--
Ver si aparece en lista la nueva red wifi
Si aparece y a "la que se quiere conectar no", tiene problemas el router.
En mi caso tp-link tl-wr941nd, reinstale un firmware mas viejo que el que tenia y meteobridge comenzo a detectarlo en Wlan
Solution: With the mobile phone, create "portable wifi zone"
Go to meteobridge --- network--
See if the new list appears on wireless network
If the wireless mobile appears, you have problems router.
In my case TP-LINK TL-WR941ND, reinstall an older firmware than had
Meteobridge then began to detect WLAN
