Problems with pass-through to cumulus MX

Hi, thanks for the great program!

I am using meteobridge versions 2.6-2.8 on a tp link 3040 with the davis usb logger and recommended belkin usb hub. I am uploading to WU directly from meteobridge and then using passthrough to cumulus mx installed on ubuntu.

with 2.6, I get a reported connection made, but an inconsistent connection to cumulus mx with dropouts occurring that cause cumulus to stop recording data until restarted
- initial attempt fails to transmit data often but eventually after multiple attempts it will start to work for a few weeks then suddenly stop

strangely, with 2.7 and 2.8, all attempts to connect to cumulus mx fail, and in addition, after the attempted connection from cumulus mx, meteobridge stops uploading to WU as well

hard to figure out what side the issue is coming from (cumulus mx vs meteobridge)

please let me know if I should provide any other information!

well since it has been a couple of weeks, thought I would ask again

is there an issue with passthrough in general with 2.7 and 2.8?
