can't open device /dev/ttyMH

Post by gand »

Hi

I need to boot the Meteobridge once a day. Normally it will run for month, I get this error:

logger (25.08.2016 15:43:20): station 0 (Vantage), can't open device /dev/ttyMH: No such file or directory

The system will not upload HTTP and FTP.

Any clues what might be wrong?

I'm running Meteobridge 3.1 (Aug 17 2016, build 10256), FW 1.4

Thanks

Rgds

Hi

Reboot Vantage (Pro2?) - Take out batteries and pull out power-jack.

Are you using the mandatory USB hub?

Can you please post outcome of

http://ip-of-your-meteobridge/cgi-bin/system.cgi?dmesg
http://ip-of-your-meteobridge/cgi-bin/system.cgi?lsusb
http://ip-of-your-meteobridge/cgi-bin/system.cgi?ls -la /dev

This might help to understand why the USB serial device is not set up.

Hi

Currently I'm not at the local network and I can't access the Meteobridge with the WAN Ip.

As soon as I'm connected to the local network, I'll get the information.

Thanks for your help.
