Changed server and SSL Cert Error **Solved**

I have recently moved servers within GoDaddy and this broke the SSL certificate, I have rekeyed but get an error from Meteobridge (image attached), my landing page is incredibly slow to load, would this cause the problem due to a time out, or do I need to flush anything within the Meteobridge so that new certificate details are exchanged

Please ignore the certificate warning. The interesting part is at the end: "Connection timed out"
This tells that target URL cannot be reached for some reasons.

Problem caused by "non functional" IP6 DNS server at some (most?) of the Godaddy servers in Europe.
To much PHP scripts are waiting for data until time-out occurs and or number of allowed concurrent php scripts is exceeded.
No help from Godaddy either.

Moved back to the North America servers from European as per Wims' suggestion, problem solved.
