Twitter service “before daybreak” ain’t working

I’m trying to send a daily Tweet “before daybreak” or “after daybreak” but none of them aren’t sending. Can you please tell me how to get it right?

Yeah, I've seen that but that's a very specific ("Please note that") release and a Twitter bug is not mentioned:

fixes a bug on platforms TL-MR3020v3 and TL-WR902AC that inhibited to make use of a bridged device on the Meteobridge LAN port by Meteobridge itself. Example: Meteobridge is connected via WiFi to your LAN and has a webcam directly connected to its LAN port. So far on TL-MR3020v3 and TL-WR902AC this webcam has been connected with the LAN fine (when bridge mode on Meteobridge is enabled on "Network" tab) but Meteobridge itself was not able to connect to it (while every other device in your LAN could). This bug is fixed now. Please note that only the mentioned new platforms have been impacted by that.

Before I’m gonna reboot my rig, ate you sure the last 3.7 update is gonna do the trick? Is the “daybreak” twitter function working ok on your rig? I’m a bit cautious to reboot again, now mine MB pro is working properly Please advice

I cannot promise that the twitter problem you are facing is addressed by the changes in the code.

Sorry my reaction is a bit late.
But I’m not sure I understand your question, the picture send with my first question is the
parameter I’m using for Twitter messages with my MB pro. I’m using the “after daybreak” but then it sends out a tweet just after midnight. Unfortunately it’s not sending a tweet after daybreak, witch is at the crack of dawn Although that’s complicated because every day is another daybreak moment, so probably not possible.

I think this is a misunderstanding. "after day break" does mean 23:59 just before the new day starts and does not depend on any sunset/sunrise settings.
