Cant say without knowing your settings. I doubt that it is a bug, sounds more like a service misconfiguration to me.

Here the printscreen of my services and the standard iso file and lasexport files

I cant see any event that generates the export file. Without that nothing interesting will be uploaded.

And please don't paste unreadable screen dumps. When you have files to share, please share the files or copy the text inside a code section in the posting.
