MB-Smart hosted on a Synology NAS in US

Today Charts issue solved .. after a lot of time spent checking setting for db in phpmyadmins.after restarting services many times a careful look at the Status Tab showed db startup time 4hrs ahead in spite of timezone etc being set correctly to match server's. I switched db versions to an older version and after restarting services db startup date & time matched the servers.

I thought it would be beneficial to give some detail on how it got resolved for anyone trying to host on a Synology.

Site is updated as of 0730
BTW Throughout the last few days I've been updating as I see Github's desktop app flag me that you've made changes. Assuming I'm near the computer ...We all have LIves I Think ..lol

no problem put it on list to add but no room in small module so it will be added to info hardware pop up..brian
