Beta release via GITHUB only Version 1.06

has many new features

1. additional 4 small grid modules to display charts
2.newer option for those without UV index or webcam you can now select precipitation probability of rain or snow as an option to fill the void.see screenshot.
3.large moonpahse module display removed
4.newer cleaner menu css designed and updated to support IOS13 and iPhone Pro .overall better compatibility for tablet devices
5.many files were updated so please do not mix this beta with version 1.05 you might experience some issues
6.setup screen has new options
7.new small module charts set to update every thirty minutes

Looks like you have been busy!
I just noticed that the Regional Earthquake Module is not updating in versions 1.05 and 1.06. It was working fine earlier. Here's a couple of screen shots.

check what is returned in the eqnotification.txt perhaps service unavailable or timeout issues ? Life without third party API sources would be so pleasant

best wait 24 hours see if service returns but again just checked two sites again theirs is now showing again ..

as for version 1.06 beware its beta needs CSS work main feature now is just testing impact of loading charts on main page and tweaking the precipitation probability module but I just updated the css files so if your using on site make sure its got the latest css otherwise might look a bit messy on mobile /Tablet portrait mode .

Yes, I now see that Upper Thomson is back. My eqnotification.txt shows the same error. Must be an issue with the API.

I have not uploaded the Beta, yet. I was looking at it on Ron's site and noticed the EQ module looked like mine. The new modules in 1.06 look great.

it will be ok instead of adding large modules I can simply add smaller modules just for quick reference . but keep an eye on GitHub for the changes there not big changes all the time but try and create a real dashboard feel without losing its originality. the charts are always available in larger view via the normal methods. the menu got a change my wife upgraded her iPhone to iPhone 11 Pro something as per usual she must have the latest gadget so it it prompted me to make some changes.

lets wait and see with earthquake API..

im not updating the Singapore and bath UK sites as I did before a bit reluctant at the moment early days yet..but I think RON has gripped the advantage of using a GITHUB app..

sorry i forgot i could make the earthquake small module optional and have a small precipitation probability module as an option. would that work as i know most dont live on or near a fault line unfortunately our home in istanbul is aprox 30km from very active fault line so its always been of interest to me and aprox 6 weeks ago it triggered a mag 6 which basically did lots of cosmetic ornament,furniture,glass damage and caused a few sleepless nights let us know what you think..

Hi, The option of having the precipitation probability instead of the localized EQ sounds good for my location of not living near a fault line.

For now Version 1.06 is via GitHub https://github.com/weather34/Meteobridge-MB-SMART in due course it will appear via the main info page at weather34 https://weather34.com/homeweatherstation/

now has very many new options to cater for most hardware configurations and needs. the screenshot below shows many of those
and be cautious of using the charts on main page as the server load and resources can be quite significant . there is now an option to display them or not .
also additional options new are in the setup screen.I hope this caters for most .

again thanks for the testing and feedback I do hope this meets the needs , I do listen just some things take time. ps Josh Buckman (Denver,USA) if your reading this I have tried replying to your email for the last two weeks but it bounces back don't you trust us in Istanbul,Turkey . the date_default_timezone_set($TZ) simply add it to the preload.php file in the charts folder no need to add it to all the chart files as the preload is primary driver.

The earthquake API service is having problems it is not something I have any control over and no changes have been to any earthquake files ,its a common API service reliability thing sooner or later they all run into issues beyond our control ,life without using API's would be my choice . option added to use meteorshower data or precipitation module in same position.

It's only the Direction Charting that is not updating the Direction Indicator is updating OK ..

Another issue I'm noticing the Almanacs are not charting history only data since I updated to 1.06.

did you re upload your backup chart data files 2019.csv and 2019/November.csv ????

HMMM.. OK I may have written over the 2019.csv when I updated .. I made a backup via the new system now need to see if I can retrieve the 2019.csv

you can simply download backup to your desktop unzip it and just reupload the two files . one 2019.csv to weather34charts folder
and November.csv to weather34charts/2019/ folder..
